Return Policies

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Customers may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of pickup or delivery.
  • Condition: Unless items are damaged in delivery or defective from the factory, all items must be in their original condition, unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns:

  • Items sold at discounted rates.
  • Display models, dinted, or dinged items.
  • Stone products.
  • Installed appliances.
  • All custom and special-order items are final sale and non-returnable. This includes products ordered specifically to customer specifications, finishes or dimensions.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning items to our facility.
  • Returns must be delivered to our designated return location within the 30-day return period.

Restocking Fee

  • For items not in stock at the time of the order, a 25% restocking fee will apply to eligible returns (appliances are subject to a 50% restocking fee if original packaging has been opened).

Process for Returns

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and confirm eligibility.
  2. Ensure that items are packed securely in original packaging.
  3. Arrange for the item to be delivered to our designated return location within 30 days of pickup or delivery.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the refund, less any applicable restocking fees.

Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. If items were purchased with cash or check, a refund check will be mailed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
