
Return Policies
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Customers may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of pickup or delivery.
- Condition: Unless items are damaged in delivery or defective from the factory, all items must be in their original condition, unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns:
- Items sold at discounted rates.
- Display models, dinted, or dinged items.
- Stone products.
- Installed appliances.
- All custom and special-order items are final sale and non-returnable. This includes products ordered specifically to customer specifications, finishes or dimensions.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning items to our facility.
- Returns must be delivered to our designated return location within the 30-day return period.
Restocking Fee
- For items not in stock at the time of the order, a 25% restocking fee will apply to eligible returns (appliances are subject to a 50% restocking fee if original packaging has been opened).
Process for Returns
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and confirm eligibility.
- Ensure that items are packed securely in original packaging.
- Arrange for the item to be delivered to our designated return location within 30 days of pickup or delivery.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the refund, less any applicable restocking fees.
Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. If items were purchased with cash or check, a refund check will be mailed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
